PURCHASING TICKETS: We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. To do this, you will need to create a profile within our registration system (you do not have to be a Foothill/De Anza student to purchase online - this system is managed by the community education department and so treats our shows as "merchandise" but we are aware on this side that you are purchasing tickets for a Planetarium event). * * * Once online tickets sell out, the purchase screen will close and no tickets will be sold at the door the day of the show. If tickets are available at the door the day of the show, they will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. * * * TICKETS ARE NOT MAILED. Tickets will be available for pick up at the Planetarium Cashier Counter the day of the show. Please provide Receipt or Confirmation. (Pending transactions from websites are not considered confirmations.) * * * PARKING: Parking permits are $3.00 every day including weekends. Permits may be purchased through the parking machines located in each lot. “Student Lot E” is the nearest lot to the Planetarium. * * * TICKET PURCHASE POLICY: All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Cancelled shows will receive an automatic refund. An admission ticket is required for every seat.
