DEBATE AND CRITICAL THINKING

Entering Grades 6-9 – This course will challenge students to present ideas in a clear, logical and engaging style. This course refines public-speaking skills and introduces two high school debate formats: Lincoln-Douglas and Public Forum. Students will debate current events, hold an in-class tournament and learn how to be great speakers and debate.
