DIGITAL COMICS AND CARTOONING

Entering Grades 9-12 – This class will explore the secrets of digital magic, as students learn about creating cartoons and comics in a variety of visual styles including Manga and enhanced photo-realism.  Students will analyze content and narrative devices such as flashbacks and foreshadowing, and explore the cultural and historical aspects of cartooning. They also will learn to apply key art and design principles that will make their work shine. Students will be provided a USB flash drive for saving work.
