INTRODUCTION TO HIGH SCHOOL BIOLOGY
Entering grades 8th & 9th  – This course is designed to introduce students to high school biology. Students will get a foundation for understanding the structure and function of multicellular organisms, and explore processes such as cellular respiration, osmosis, diffusion, DNA and protein synthesis. Students will learn through many hands-on collaborative labs as they gather evidence to prove these concepts. Students will also assemble an interactive notebook and create scientific diagrams meant to truly understand these fundamentals of biology.
