The Art of cooking (Miller only)
Entering grades seven to 10 – Learn essential cooking skills and the scientific fundamentals that make food taste great. We’ll focus on both baking and delicious healthy dishes as well as fun cooking challenges. From bread, pasta, muffins and cookies, to sauces and fresh vegetarian cuisine, students will learn key culinary skills and eat or bring home what they make. In addition to covering all the basics from food safety to presentation, we’ll also explore spices and herbs from around the world. Cost includes all ingredients and supplies.
