Our non-intimidating atmosphere and easy to use strength and cardiovascular equipment make De Anza College’s Lifetime Fitness & Wellness Center the perfect choice for you to reach your health and wellness goals. Whether you are just starting or returning to regular exercise we can help you continue a healthier lifestyle with regular exercise and supervision.

Fitness Assessments
Sign up for regular assessments of fitness levels. We will assist you in measuring your cardiovascular, upper and lower body strength and endurance, body fat composition, BMI calculations, and flexibility.

Regular Small Group Equipment Orientations
Appointment based reviews of proper equipment use.

Free Personal Training
Work with one of our Personal Fitness Training Interns to assist members with goal setting, program design and one-on-one training sessions.

Students may enroll at anytime during the quarter. A quarterly cost adjustment will be automatically applied at time of checkout at the end of every month.
